What is the HaloLights Nebula™?
The Nebula™ is an advanced LED visibility device designed to enhance safety in low-light and high-risk environments. Built using SGS-certified non-toxic food-grade silicone and integrated RGB LED technology, Nebula delivers high-visibility illumination for pets, working dogs, and enterprise applications.
Is the Nebula a collar?
No. Halo Nebula™ is not a traditional collar. It is a visibility device designed to be worn on an existing collar or harness. It is not intended to function as a restraint.
How visible is the Nebula?
The Nebula is fully visible up to approximately 3,500 feet, depending on environmental conditions and selected light mode.
How many light modes does it have?
The Nebula features 14 light modes, including: Red (Fast Flash, Slow Flash, Solid) Green (Fast Flash, Slow Flash, Solid) Blue (Fast Flash, Slow Flash, Solid) Pink (Fast Flash, Slow Flash, Solid) Multi-Color Rainbow Modes (2 settings)
Is it waterproof?
The Nebula is IPX7 water-resistant tested, meaning it is designed to withstand exposure to rain, snow, and splashing. It is not intended for prolonged submersion.
Is the Nebula adjustable?
Yes. The device is one-size-fits-all and resizable for custom fitment. It may be cut to size for proper adjustment. Important: Only cut or modify the device when the power is OFF.
What is included with each Nebula?
Each Nebula unit includes: Halo Nebula™ (White Base with Multi-Color LED) Micro USB Charging Cable Small Screw Tool (for sizing) Instructions & Warranty Card Note: Cutting scissors are not included.

Do you offer custom-branded versions?
Yes. The Nebula platform supports custom branding for enterprise programs, licensing initiatives, retail collaborations, and promotional deployments. Minimum order quantities apply.

What is required for enterprise orders?

Warranty & Support
What is the warranty policy?
The Nebula includes a Limited 1-Year Warranty from the date received. The warranty covers manufacturing defects. It does not cover physical damage or misuse. If you experience an issue, please contact us for support.
